Steven Lever

Vice President of Operations

Steven Lever joins Lippincott as Vice President of Operations after having spent the last twenty years improving customer service in the automobile, insurance and international shipping industry.

Steve has owned several companies prior to joining Lippincott, including Claims Inspection Services, a company which performed mechanical breakdown inspections for extended automotive warranty insurers. He also owned and operated Quick Pack & Ship, a packaging and shipping retail outlet that supported local businesses in their domestic and international shipping needs.

As the customer service and operations manager for Vision Imports and Joss Inc, a footwear company, Steve directed manufacturers field reps to insure customer order processing and fulfillment. He traveled to Asian factories to oversee materials procurement and insure adherence to designs, standards and customer packaging requests. He was also responsible for systems tracking order delivery to Asian ports for transport to the United States, ensuring on-time deliveries.

As a self described, “computer geek”, Steve also spent several years at Physiometrics, first as in-house support for designing database and enterprise software solutions architecture and implementation, then becoming VP of Operations, and finally acting as General Manager of the company

In his free time, Steve rebuilds classic muscle cars and has raced at the Atco Speedway.
He is also a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
